They are good source of Vitamin A and C along with anthocyanin which is termed as an age-defying antioxidant. Blueberries save the skin from harmful effects of pollution, tension and sun.
Avocados have good amount of fatty acids which not only combat with inflammation but also helps in getting a smooth skin. It also has Vitamin A, C, K and E which protect the skin from negative effects of aging process.
Spinach has antioxidants which oxygenate the skin and the body as well. This green leafy vegetable not only takes good care of skin but the Vitamin A also help in making hair stronger and shinier.
Salman has Omega-3s which keeps the skin young and smooth, the eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) is pretty helpful in saving the skin from the harmful effects of sun.
Just like spinach it is also a dark green leafy vegetable which is mostly found in salads in many nations. It is a rich source of Vitamin A which aids in the growth of cells. Kale is pretty helpful in getting rid of wrinkles and pigmentation and also makes hair healthy.
6. Coconut Oil:
If coconut oil is used regularly, it will increase the production of collagen in body which in turn decreases the wrinkles and slow down the aging process.
Mostly all the nuts contain good amount of Vitamin E which plays an important role in repairing the skin, saving it from ultra-violet rays and retaining the moisture of the skin.
Lentils are said to be super food as they have ample amount of both – protein and fiber. They are not only delicious in taste but they are also nutritious for skin and body.
Quinoa also delays aging as it has good amount of Vitamin A which helps the skin in the production of collagen. It reduces the lines and wrinkles on the skin and makes it look younger.
10. Red bell peppers:
The red bell peppers are a good source of antioxidants which play good role in delaying the aging. They also help in the production of collagen as they also have Vitamin C.
