Kangana Ranaut & Nikhil Dwivedi Have Intense Twitter War After Jaya Bachchan’s Comment On Bollywood

The year 2020 has been very harsh on Bollywood as it is already suffering with financial losses due to the coronavirus pandemic. But now its reputation is also getting maligned because of the act of some of its celebs. Sushant Singh Rajput case has certainly opened a Pandora box from which the dark secrets of Bollywood are coming out.

The famous actress Kangana Ranaut has been quite vocal in this case since the beginning. She has even gone on to the extent of claiming that Sushant’s life was taken in a planned manner. The “Queen” of B-Town has also claimed that 99 percent of Bollywood consumes drugs. This has certainly not gone well with many people from the industry.

Jaya Bachchan’s remark on Kangana Ranaut:

The monsoon session of the Indian parliament has commenced and this issue was raised in the parliament as well. The BJP MP and actor Ravi Kishan raised the issue of drugs in Bollywood and also made some remarks that the veteran actress and member of Samajwadi Party, Jaya Bachchan did not like. She slammed both Ravi Kishan and Kangana Ranaut without taking their names while giving her speech in the Rajya Sabha. Jaya alleged that the reputation of whole Bollywood is being maligned just because of few people.

Kangana’s reply to Jaya:

Kangana Ranaut soon reacted on the statement given by Jaya Bachchan. She questioned the veteran actress whether she would have spoken the same thing if her daughter Shweta Bachchan was made drugged and molested in her teenage years and if her son was bullied regularly and forced to end his life by hanging himself. She has also slammed an SP leader Manish Jagan Agrawal who says that Kangana wants to succeed by abusing others. He also states that it’s combined hard work of Karan Johar and other moviemakers that Bollywood has achieved so much.

Kangana responds by writing that the industry doesn’t belong to only KJo and his father. As per her, many people including Baba (Dada) Sahab Phalke, many labourers, artists, every soldier who safeguarded the constitution and every person who bought ticket and played the role of audience have developed it. She further lays emphasis on her viewpoint and adds that crores of Indians have made the industry.

Kangana & Nikhil Dwivedi’s intense exchange on tweets:

The actor-producer Nikhil Dwivedi also jumps into this Twitter war. He says that by this logic, each person of Bollywood has contributed in the development of the country. He goes on to say that many people from the industry have bought tickets of her movie so they have also played a role in her success. However if she does something wrong, they should not be held responsible for it.

In another tweet to Kangana, he writes that he has also come from outside in the industry but has not achieved so much success as her. He further emphasizes his point saying that nobody stopped him from being successful and neither was she stopped.

Nikhil also asks the actress that if Bollywood is such a disgusting place, why she was attracted to it and why she suffered so much. As per him, wrong activities of every industry should be revealed and the same should happen with Bollywood. In the end, he also adds that he will support Kangana in such case.

To this, Kangana replies that Bollywood has also played a role in promoting drug culture, anti-social activities and has made some disgusting movies as well. The “Simran” actress also writes that underworld don Dawood Ibrahim has also earned from this industry which is shameful.
