It is kind of obvious that those who flopped as actors looked for other professions or for rich partners with whom they can live a lavish life.

1. Amrita Arora

Amrita Arora was a model, TV host and VJ before she tried her hand in the field of acting. She made her debut in Bollywood with Kitne Door Kitne Pass in which she starred with Fardeen Khan. The movie was flop and Amrita was not able to establish herself as an actress even after working in some other movies, though she has done some item numbers in the movies and has also played supporting roles.

Presently, she is married to a businessman Shakeel Ladak, who is associated with construction industry and the couple have two sons.

2. Mayuri Kango

The actress not only worked in movies but in television serials as well but she didn’t receive the success that she always yearned. She made her debut in acting in 1995 with a movie Naseem at a very young age and she was last seen in the movie Kurbaan which starred Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan in lead roles.

Mayuri is married to a NRI and has a son with him and as far as her professional life is concerned she is working as the Industry Head for Google India.

3. Kim Sharma

Kim is certainly one of the boldest actresses that we have ever seen on the screen. She had worked in many commercial advertisements before making a dream debut under the banner of Yashraj Productions in the movie, Mohabbatein in which Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan also played important roles. She worked in few other movies after that and was in news for dating former Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh also.

However, later on she married a businessman from Kenya, Ali Punjani in the year 2010 but as per some reports, their marriage broke in 2016.

4. Ayesha Takia

The Complan girl had a good fan base and she did few films in Hindi and southern languages as well but suddenly she decided to get married to Farhan Azmi, a businessman from hotel industry.

Farhan Azmi’s father is a well known politician Abu Azmi.

5. Jugal Hansraj

He started his career as a child artist and worked in many commercials as well in his childhood. As a leading actor he failed to establish himself but he has acted in quite some movies in supporting roles, he has worked in few serials as well.

Jugal Hansraj also works as a writer-director and in 2017, his book “Cross Connection” was released which makes him a published author as well.

6. Shamita Shetty

Shamita Shetty was born in a business family and presently she is working as an interior designer. Manish Malhotra, the ace designer noticed her when she was doing internship under him and encouraged her to try her hands in acting.

She made her debut with Mohabbatein and worked in few movies after that as well but as she didn’t got much success as expected, she once again focused on her first love which was interior designing.

7. Tusshar Kapoor

Tusshar Kapoor is the son of famous veteran actor Jeetendra and his debut movie, Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai was also liked by the audiences and it won’t be wrong to say that he has worked with some big names of the industry and in some movies, his acting performances have also been loved by the people.

However, he has not been able to repeat the success of his father but he is the owner of production house named as Tusshar Entertainment House and is also the co-owner of Balaji Motion Pictures and Balaji Telefilms.

8. Twinkle Khanna

Twinkle Khanna is the daughter of famous Bollywood actors – Rajesh Khanna and Dimple Kapadia but she was not able to repeat the success of her parents when it came to acting.

However, she is a famous writer and is married to Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar.

9. Shilpa Shetty Kundra

Shilpa Shetty was appreciated and loved a lot in the beginning of her career but due to wrong choices of movies, her career got derailed. However, she was once again in news after taking part in an international reality show and she started getting work again in the industry.

Her marriage was also controversial as her husband Raj Kundra’s wife alleged that Shilpa Shetty broke her house. Presently she is a judge of a dance show and is also actively engaged in the field of yoga.

10. Celina Jaitley

Celina Jaitley is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful actresses that we have seen on the big screen but her acting performances were not able to impress the audiences much.

The former Miss India is married to Peter Haag, a businessman from Austria.

11. Sushmita Sen

Sushmita Sen, the Miss Universe 1994 was a model before trying her hands in acting. She was not able to achieve much success in the movies but she kept herself busy with other commitments.

Recently, she was praised for her acting in a web series.
